The SaltStick Caps PLUS salt capsules with vitamins, minerals and caffeine can be used during physical activity, at increased perspiration or under hot conditions.

The SaltStick Caps PLUS salt capsules, besides caffeine, contain sodium citrate as the source of sodium which soothe the stomach. This is especially great for individuals who often have stomach trouble during longterm physical activity. Furthermore, sodium citrate tastes less salty than other sources of sodium. The container contains 100 salt capsules and the recommended daily usage is 10 capsules and 1-2 capsules every 20-60 minutes during physical activity.

The SaltStick Caps PLUS electrolyte capsules contain 190 mg sodium, 54 mg potassium, 7 mg magnesium, 14 mg calcium, 100 IU Vitamin D and 30 mg caffeine per capsule. The salt capsules have a colour-coded green capsule composition so it's easier to distinguish between the caps with caffeine and the other SaltStick capsules. The capsules do not contain any sweeternes, high fructose corn syrup or any herbal trace.
